I'll join. I only joined MFP 30 days ago and would like to find something to keep me motivated. My WI days are Saturdays.

I am in! I saw that a lot of people are around the same hight and weight as me which is so exciting!!! I am starting a biggest loser at my work in May also so i am expecting results!!!! :happy:

GW: 125 My highest weight was 164! Around the middle of March I started the South Beach diet, this taught me a new way of eating. In the first 2 weeks I was down 9-10 pds. By the end of March and Into the 1st week of April I was fluctuating and terrified that I would gain back the 10 pounds I had worked so hard to lose. Scouring the internet I joined Myfitness. I think it's very important to track my caloric intake especially tracking carbs and sugar. I drink lots of water and find time to exercise in my home. Since joining April 9th I have lost another 7 pounds.
The stories that people share also help to keep me inspired and motivated. I keep a pair of jeans that I refer to as my skinny jeans, I've been wanting to get back into them for the past 3 years. Today I put them on and even had room n the waist.

I will continue using the South Beach diet food list, I use an elliptical bike, and weight bench. Every morning when I get up I drink a cold glass of water, exercise for about 10 min. I also am currently doing 'intermittent fasting' I take fish oil and a multivitamin daily.0 -

i'm a fast dieter so my 'starve days' are tuesday and friday. hopefully my weight tomorrow will be under 217. that's a guesstimate as i had a rough week last week and fell into the junk food aisle head first at the weekend.
