    I am not a man obviously but I want an inner thigh gap, I have always had thick thighs even being skinny. I am working really hard on the ITG though.

    You can actually have both...or neither. There are two ways to have thigh gap: Be quite thin or have broad hips. If you have very broad hips like me, you can have both thick thighs and a thigh gap. I'm 5'8" and my thighs started to show a gap when I hit about 170 lbs. If you have narrow hips you have to go straight to anorexia to get a thigh gap. Most folks are in between somewhere.

    Point being, in a healthy weight range, thigh gap is actually more about the width of your hips (bone structure wise) than the thickness of your thighs.

    My SO tends to like slightly larger thighs, although tbh he likes most as long as they're a healthy size.

    Thigh gaps though, are usually down to the size of your hips as well as where you store fat. You can have a thigh gap and thick thighs, they're not mutually exclusive. Although they are more common in really small thighs/underweight people.
