    Wow. For all the claims people have made on here.. that it gives you the perfect balance of nutrients, that it helps weight loss, fights disease, etc... well you'd think ONE person would have a success story with the stuff.

    LOL! Yes, I agree. Shakeology is not a miracle food, it helps you maintain a calorie deficit. You can do the same exact thing with real food for the same amount of money or less.

    I was once friends with someone who did this and lost weight. She was very supportive until she tried to sell the product to me. I wasn't about to spend that kind of money, between the shakes and the videos. She stopped talking to me once I said no.

    Don't have before/after pictures but because I am not at the weight I want to take pictures at yet. I used it once before and lost 30lbs but than started eating bad and gained it back. It's not shakeology on it's own that does the work, you still count the calories and exercise. However it is awesome, it helps to get all the nutrients you need in, and helps me stay fuller longer. I think it's delicious and probably one of my favorite meals through the day, its awesome especially when you need extra calories in your day and you don't want to starve. I usually have it for breakfast and it keeps me full til 1-2pm when I eat lunch. Right now I am doing Ultimate Reset cleanse so I am not allowed to have shakeology for 4 more weeks, I miss it so much!
