    I am in - how do I add my ticker?


    Go to tickerfactory.com and follow the steps to design an "Exercise & Fitness Ticker"... it lets you choose your background and icon.


    After designing your ticker, copy the code for message boards and paste here.

    Don't forget your password to it because you will need it to update ur miles.

    I always bookmark the tickerfactory so I can easily go back to it and update.

    I'm in! I made it to 54.25 miles in April, so I think I am aiming for 55 in May...I have my first 10k race this month so I have plenty of training to do!

    Oooh I'd like to try this. I've been trying to walk a little more and having a number to aim for each day might help keep me motivated. I think 50 is a bit ambitious, I'll be happy if I hit 30 by the end of the month.

    My goals are:
    Walking: 35 miles
    Jogging: 25 miles
    Total: 60 miles

    I'm going to cheat and include my miles from today and yesterday since I'm keeping track of those goals on my blog as well and I like to start these types of things on Mondays instead of exactly on the 1st of the month. Keeps things simple so I don't have to have two sets of counters going.
