I really need a good challenge!! What sort of challenge will it be, though?
Each person is already challenging themself to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The goal of this group is to hold yourself accountable and to meet other people. A place where we can continually encourage success, have written goals, learn from others, and inspire. I found that when I did my last challenge and checked-in weekly, I held myself accountable and lost weight. While this seems essentially the same as just using MFP, it has an end date so you can work towards something that doesn't feel so far away. It just puts what you're doing into smaller, measurable steps which I think many people battle with. We hit plateaus, quit, or aren't seeing results. This will give a forum for you to push yourself.

I love the idea as well. Turning 55 in July and just sick and tired of carrying 30 extra pounds. I have lurked here a bit and tracked in a half azz fashion...Need to step it up. Can you post the link again please because I did not see it.0
