hi does anyone have any suggestions on how to not go over on sugar? my limit is 24 grams.... any help highly appreciated, thankyou.

I think the standard advice is to try to stick to foods that make you feel full (like stuff that's high in protein or fiber, for instance). It's probably worthwhile to cut out soft drinks if you haven't already, since that's pretty easy and represents a lot of sugar for some people. If you have other habits that include sugar (sugar on your breakfast cereal, frosted steaks for lunch, whatever), it might be worth examining them to see if you can cut back. That's where this food logging really comes in handy, since you can see the numbers for all your meals.
