Natural Sugar

Is it bad that I go over on my sugar "allotment" on the calorie counter? It's mostly from fruit so it's natural sugar. Is this a bad thing? I do eat an equal amount of vegetables each day.

That is one thing I don't like about MFP. If you eat one piece of fruit, then bam, you are almost over your sugar. I say fruit is much better than the candy and junk, but don't go overboard with it a couple pieces a day I think is just fine.0

I eat tons of fruit and have been losing at a steady rate - I have cut right back on processed sugars though which often come bundled with fat eg cake, biscuits etc). I ignore the sugar count on MFP when it applies to fruit0
