I am working on conquering PCOS and Hashimoto's disease (hypothyroidism).
Since Jan 14th I have lost 26 lbs, which is a pretty big deal for someone who has a hard time losing weight.
I wanted to say I am officially HALF WAY TO MY GOAL! Woo hoo!

Congrats! I was diagnosed with Hashi's and hypo. I had gained 30lbs even though I was working out and eating exactly at my BMR. What have you done that has worked? I've been on thyroid meds for a month and only feel a little better.0
