    Just out of curiosity, how tall are you? I am 5'11" and started at 256 pounds. Am now 227---38 away from my goal. I had an "Oh my gosh! that is what I look like?" moment back in January after a photo taken at work.... Your pics were another reminder of that moment for me! :-)

    6' even.
