I started 30ds again today. I started it a few months back but got sick and never finished it. So I figured if I made a forum I wouldn't make any excuses not to finish it this time around. My starting weight is 154.6 I will post my measurements later. If anyone wants to join in with me please feel free to do so and post your results here. We can help keep each other motivated. Thanks!

I just bought the DVD today. Starting in the morning. I believe my weight is around 220. Hoping to get it down to 180 by July 19th.0

I just ordered it yesterday, so I won't be starting until next week, but I'm super excited! I've seen so many people with great results. I have to remember to take a "before" pic and my measurements.0

I started yesterday and didn't have anyone home with me to help take measurements but I will post them later. I have also seen very good results. That's what got me motivated y to do it again.0

I'm on Day 4 and feeling very good about this! I'm also putting in at least 30 minutes on the elliptical and then I go straight to the video.0

Have just ordered my dvd today. Please tell me it works (I am willing to put the effort in).
I need to loose this baby belly - he's 16 months old now, and the excuse that I've just had a baby is no longer valid!0 -
I have that dvd as well....never used it consistently though. the first time, i could feel a difference within a week. i just hate the tape cause its so hard!!!! lol well maybe this forum will help me with motivation too! im going to dig it back out and try again. i also walk during my lunch hour about 4mph, but i could definately use this too. i'll start tonight thanks!0

Finished Day 5 of level 1. I've already lost close to an inch around my waist. That bit of knowledge was the only thing that got me through the workout today. ugh. no energy0

I did miss yesterday's workout but I was running in the Rugged Maniac (5K obstacle run). Will see if my knees can handle a workout today!0 -
Out of curiosity, have you guys felt like your endurance is better later on in? Only I'm on day 8 and I feel like I can hardly go through the first 2 circuits whereas before I could easily get to the 4th or so circuit without feeling tired. Should I be upping my calories? I am also taking my rest days and often do a lot of exercise so the only thing that has really changed is perhaps the intensity. I really want to continue but I an really finding it much harder now than before.0

I'm feeling the same way and I think it's because I'm not getting enough calories. I'm upping my intake today in hopes that it will up my energy levels too0
