this is my first time participating in a weight challenge. i am fairly new to MFP. earlier today I "joined" a group with limit of 50, not really sure what that is about, some different guidelines. thought I would give it a try

Just for fun: I've started hiking a great trail along the north shore of Long Island and I can feel my legs strengthening from it. Once they get strong enough, I'm gonna start C25K again and NOT get stuck at week 5!0 -
