30lbs down! With Pics!

It's taken about 6 months, but I'm down from 183 to 153! The first twenty pounds came off easily - all I had to do was stop eating junk (stopped eating fast food and eating until I was stuffed). The last ten were harder. I started eating less and less calories before realizing that I what I needed was to UP my calorie intake. 1200 calories just wasn't cutting it. Once I upped it to 1600 and increased my protein intake the weight started coming off again. I've now been doing kettlebell workouts for a few weeks and I plan to start a running program next week.

For reference, I'm 5'10.
I want to lose another 15-20 pounds of fat and gain about 5 pounds of muscle.
