    What fitness event are you going to accomplish this month? I just signed up for GymPact (eeekkk) and would like to go to the gym 3x per week average OR go to the gym a total number of 15 times this month.

    Just for fun: I've started hiking a great trail along the north shore of Long Island and I can feel my legs strengthening from it. Once they get strong enough, I'm gonna start C25K again and NOT get stuck at week 5!
