Im Just wondering how long I should give increasing calories. I have read all the info on eat more to weight less and also worked out my tdde less 20% which seems to equal what fit bit amd mfp tell me each day .

I'm trying to net 1200 and feel really fat and bloated. I work out ( walking min 5-10 km or gym session ) I seem to be gaining from my plateau .

Macros are met most days

A month to six weeks is the amount of time you should try something for. Also, if you increase your fats and proteins, you will feel less bloated.. I know carbs can do that to me.

I would suggest you make sodium as one of your choices to watch. Too much sodium can make you feel bloated. I say give it at least 2 weeks to see if you have any success with changes.
