When I first started MFP i was 240 lbs. I got down to 195 and now the weight is back.
Today I weigh 223.6 lbs. I dont weigh myself that often and was going by my pants size. Pants were getting tight and today I popped a button. So for the month of May I am joining this group but would like to lose 10 lbs so my pants will fit by June first. I will take before pictures tonight in them and after pics on june 1st.
5/1 223.6 Goal MAY 30th: 213.6 & for my size 14's to fit again.

This month I am going to get up to 10 miles a day rollerblading more than 2 days a week and I am going to try to get up to 6-8 miles a day for running. 4-5 times a week. I have two 1/2 marathons I want to do, one in Sept and one in Oct. My ultimate goal is to do the Boston before I am 45 and I want to do my first Mudrace in July0 -
