Become healthier and stronger

Hello, my name is Rosa and I am 25 years old. I am getting married in 4 months and have been scared to look for the wedding dress because of my weight. I want to be healthier and stronger, I tend to be out of breath going up the stairs, which makes me embarrassed when I walk into the office, exhausted. My goal weight for the wedding is 130 lbs. I've never as far back as I remember have been less than 155 lbs. I want to have the time of my life on my wedding and especially on the honey moon. I want to wear a bathing suit without being concern of how my body looks. I've started a 4 month Ladies Biggest Loser program at my local gym and the winner will get $1000 which I need for the wedding. This will be 4 long months, with sacrifices and goals. I am on week 3 and have lost 7.5 lbs since I've joined the program. I will try to get as close as I can to my goal and to support others in reaching their goals.     Just checking back in on my progress it has been 2 months now since my lifestyle change and have successfully lost 20 lbs in just 2 months! I'm very excited, looking forward to the next 2 months before the wedding. I am afraid the wedding gown won't fit now, too lose due to the drastic weight loss. I've been doing a lot of cardio at the gym along with some strength training and feel great. I need to workout my schedule so that I sleep a little more, but besides sleep, I'm doing great and feel great. Good luck to everyone.
