Motivation for everyone losing 150 pounds or more!

My name is Amber, I am 25. I weighed myself jan 3 2013 and weighed 300.8. I started dieting immediately. It is now April 30 2013
I have lost 35 pounds, 10 pants sizes, and 3 bras sizes, and 2 shirt sizes.
I can walk uphill for more than an hour without tiring, ride mountain bikes for hours.
Before just taking the stairs made me gasp for air.

    Wow, Amber, you are doing great! You are really losing a lot of inches! That's great! I was kinda discouraged with my weight loss but then when I measured and saw I lost 3 inches in my hips and almost 5 in my waist I was amazed! Fabulous! Keep going!
