    Just for fun: What fitness event are you going to accomplish this month? I would like to up my walking from 3 miles 3x/week to 4 miles at least 5x week, plus thinking of starting 30 day shred (again) at some point.

    Hello!

    I'm new to MFP. The long winter not only brought the usual winter blahs, but lots of health issues as well. Now that sping is here and I've taken care of some of the battles, I'm ready to do what I have to to get this weight off, but I need help.

    I"m in perimenopause so, my body is taking its natural course. I on the other hand need to win this battle of the uncontrolable bulge. In the last 8 months I have gained another 10 lbs. Uggg!

    If I could loose 5 lbs in May, I would feel like I climbed a mountain. I can't seem to loose one pound at this point.

    So, count me in........

    Can some of you guys PM me and let me know what you will be doing to lose 5 pounds. I am close to small and have a hard time figuring out what to do. Eat a lot or eat a little, exercise for an hour or 30 minutes. I need some serious guidance! Thanks in advance.

    Just for fun: I'm starting week 2 of my C25k app so by end of May I should be in about 5 weeks and running more than walking so we'll see how this goes...believe it or not it is actually fun and not a chore or duty...which is a nice feeling :)

    i'm a fast dieter so my 'starve days' are tuesday and friday. hopefully my weight tomorrow will be under 217. that's a guesstimate as i had a rough week last week and fell into the junk food aisle head first at the weekend.
