Hey everyone! I have some great news! I was able to stand on the Bosu ball today for the FIRST TIME EVER! I needed to hold on to my trainer's hand for a few sconds a couple of times but I was able to do it for a whole minute! This is a huge deal for me as I have balance issues due to a medical condition that I have. I hope everyone has a great day!

    NSV is non scale victory! It is something you could not do before due to weight that you NOW can!

    I have balance issues too due to a brain condition so I can relate. So happy for u!

    and also any positive changes to your bosy, fitness, health, mindset that are related to losing weight and getitng fit/healthy but not about the numbers on the scale :)
