And the challenge for the month of May is… LUNGES!
The goal is to complete 2,000 lunges in the 31 day span. That’s just about 65 a day. Here is a good strategy:

20 forward lunges (10 each leg)
20 backward lunges (10 each leg)
20 side lunges (10 each side)
5-10 forward walking lunges

SO, WHO IS IN?!!? Think you can do it?!?! :wink:
