Yep, lots of guys here. We BS, carry on, swim in the ocean of estrogen that is MFP.
Weight loss and good health are different for us than for girls, and the post linked above is a great place to get the XY chromosone perspective on lot'sa stuff. Just chime in, say hey, we don't bite.
