Chic-Fil-A Changed their salads!!

Oh my! I asked for updated nutritional info. Calarie wise, they aren't bad. Be careful of the add-ins and the dressing. I had the Chargrilled Market Salad last night with the nuts and FF Honey mustard dressing. Not bad calorie wise and did fill me up (for a minute). I should have added an extra order of the chargrilled chicken strips since it was after a hard work-out.
