    I'm bummed that my knees and back are giving me fits. I had so many things I wanted to get done today, but my body is protesting. Just another reason to stay on track and stay focused with my diet.

    I must be a woman.

    I need to work out, find someone who can teach me proper form on oly lifts (I'm deathly afraid of injury, I avoid strains and pulled muscles like the plague), figure out what to make for dinner and thaw it ahead of time, clean out the dust in my computer, change the oil in my lawnmower and mow the lawn, hit my macros, and trim my beard.

    Remember the good old days of college? before the days ofparenthood and single parenthood, where all us guys thought about was sex? Whatever happened to that?

    F**K I need to do laundry too! Thanks for reminding me!
