I was wondering the difference from beef and Turkey Bolgna, is either ok?

    Less fat, if that's what you're looking for. Same process of making it, just different animal.

    Now turkey bacon... that's another story. There's a lot of processes that go into making turkey taste like sweet, beautiful bacon.

    Try mustard instead of mayo. Way fewer calories.

    For a fast lunch, try a tortilla with refried beans a little cheese and maybe taco sauce. For evening meals if you have a microwave and crockpot the possibilities are endless.
