    Awwww, I called the 806 home for a few years when I was attending Texas Tech. I loved it there! But I can see how it would get old if you aren't a student.

    We lived in Lubbock when I was a kid while my dad got his PhD. I originally thought you were talking about Laredo. :noway:

    Back in the 80's there used to be a joke that Oklahoma was planning to annex Texas so that all of their college football players would actually be from Oklahoma. :laugh:
