So according to myfitnesspal, I have my protein limit is 66 and I go over it sometimes. Is that bad? I'm new to the dieting and keeping track of the foods I eat..so I am merely just curious.

If you are exercising going over the MFP 'limit' is not a bad thing. You have to get calories from somewhere to fuel your body better it come from protein.

Oh, well that makes sense and yes, I workout for at least 30 minutes everyday.

MFP calculates your protein level on the low side. It's not bad to go over on that.

Thanks. I just wasn't sure, I try not to go over on anything else, but was REALLY unsure about the protein issue. Thank you for clearing it up!

    I'd actually recommend going over.
0.8g of protein per lb of bodyweight (if you're not obese - and judging from your pictures you're definitely not) is generally accepted as a good goal.

If you're consuming more protein at the expense of carbs, then be sure to have some fiber supplementation on hand. Heh!
