So I tend to get so caught up on the scale that I forget about the other things that come along with weight loss. The measurements and the size changes. Today for the heck of it I ran reports on MFP to see my results....wow is all I have to say! Tooting my own horn! YAHOOO!!!!


Weight: Lost 82.6 Pounds (20.4 more pds to GW)
Neck: 2 inches lost
Waist: 12.5 inches lost
Hips: 15.5 inches lost
Arms: 3 inches lost
Thighs: 7.5 inches lost
Body Fat: 43.2 % to 31.1 %
Size 18 to Size 8

    No secret...lots of hard work and will power I guess hahaha I drink TONS of water and exercise alot. I eat everything I want just as long as I have calories to do so.
