Diary reveiw??

Please let me know if you have suggestion for more protein and/or better chocies. I eat mostly organic, cook from scratch and love my fruits and veggies. (I know the weekend was bad, that is not normal for me)

One better choice: eat more. If your exercise burn is anywhere near accurate, on heavy workout days you're netting 300-500 calories, nowhere near enough for healthy body function. Add some calorie-dense foods like avocado, olive or nut oils, full-fat dairy, nuts, and dried fruit to up your intake.

Have no idea if my exercise burn is accurate. I put in what I do an use the defualt values assigned by MFP. A friend of mine has a body bug or something similar and she's about he same height/weight/heart rate as me and her numbers comes near to what it says on here for the classes. So while it's probably not spot on.. it's in the ball park.

Your diet looks amazing. Great food choices, near perfect on macros. Maybe a bit low on calories. So maybe a bit more of the great foods you are eating. Great job!

Thanks! I feel like i am eating too many calories already. but that's my struggle. I could so easily go back to eating too little. I try very hard to eat the amount I do eat. Maybe i'll add some rice in and make some kind of chicken fried rice for dinner instead.. that should help. if i have rice.. cupboards are getting pretty bare this week!

I agree with the above posters. The food you're eating looks delicious and healthy, just eat more of it when you exercise that much. Try to net at least 1200 cals a day after exercise. More than that is preferrable, but I understand that may just be a whole lotta food that you can't manage to get down. Although a couple handfuls of some trail mix is a good way to add in some quality cals.
  • I try to make a smoothie each day to get more veges into my diet.

Maybe you could try adding an extra meal that is easy and quick to get down to yours that way.

I eat until i'm full. i measure it so I know what i'm eating, but i always end up feeling stuffed, not hungry. I have granola. 1/4c is a lot of calories and to me it's very filling, which means i'd end up skipping something else. I can try it and see what happens though.

well.. that juice in my diary is like a smoothie.. I have a nutribullet and I put fresh fruits and veggies /seeds/ protein powder whatever floats my boat into it add water and grind it up. I was doing the protein smoothie for awhile there, but foudn that when I do i didn't even want to eat lunch.. maybe too much dairy all at once made me feel super full?? I don't know where i'd fit in an extra meal. I pretty much eat all day long. half the days my snacks are like little meals. I'm always really full after dinner.

I guess i'll just have to take it one day at a time and try to swap some low protein things for higher protein things. I gues getting to 100g a day is a good start
