    I missed April's goal by 27 miles so I will leave my May goal at 200.

    I've been MIA for the last couple of months, but I'm back! Between health issues with my in-laws, and the kitchen renovation, I was moving but had no time to track!

    I'm in for 200 miles, primarily spinning and biking, and then some light jogging. I started today with 15 miles :)

    Yes, you can do this riding a bike, walking, running, swimming, etc. A lot of people get miles biking for this challenge. The only real requirement is you have to be able to track the distance.

    I'm going to try for 150 miles! I've just gotten over the flu and haven't been able to workout for well over a week. This is the perfect way to get myself back into the game. :)

    ... and so it begins again! In again for May and I am going to keep my goal to 85 running miles for this month as I am just finishing off a training plan for a 10K race this coming Sunday, plus I am taking part in a 5K series that is being run over the next few weeks so it will mostly be short fast runs for the next while!

    Kicked off the month with a 5 mile run this evening.

    Stopped logging last month after an ankle injury prevented me going to the gym for a couple of weeks. Going to take it a bit easier this month, I will go for 50 miles total please!
