congrats!!! I started a challenge that's like the squat one, but in addition you do the same number of reps of kettle bell swings, sit-ups and lunges. So say day 1: 50 squats, 50 lunges, 50 kb swings and 50 sit ups. I broke it up and did it like a circuit0
