I just started at Red Mountain weight lose program.. I am a little nervous but this time I want it really bad.. Wish me luck and support..:flowerforyou:

    Good luck! I have just joined too and have about the same to lose. I've not heard of Red Mountain - is it good? I am doing just straight calorie counting.

    Not quite sure what Red Mountain is... but good luck!!!! I am doing INSANITY, yoga, and major calorie counting. I wish you both luck
