    I'm done, did 300 first. Took a break by doing 45 squats then finished up the last 100. Calves burn, feeling good!

    Completed three sets of of 100, followed by 2 sets of 50 (between 20 min. walks/jogs on the treadmill). Then I came home and took a nice soak in a lavender scented tub. That was incredibly difficult! (for me, at this stage of my life and in my level of fitness)

    Finished at 23:30 last night. Thought I'd knock them out in 2 sets of 200 but when I started struggling at 100
    i realized how out of shape I really am. Ended up doing 3 sets of 150 over a 5 hour period. Think I'll add them to my morning walks until it's not a struggle. Thanks for the challenge!
