Just starting this to get ready for summer, looking for results. After my run today did this for "20 floors" or a little over 5 minutes...thought I was going to die. That said, if I'm looking for aesthetic results, how long/often should I be doing this?

    no clue, we dont have the one thats like a mini escalator, just the step one with handle bars, but I do hiit on that and BOY is it a workout. I do 3 minute warm up on level 4, then crank that baby ALL the way to 12 (highest) I do 45 sec hard pace, then go back to 4/5 for 1 min then keep alternating.
