FITNESS CHALLENGE - MAY

I've been seeing lots of fitness challenges plastered on my facebook lately and though some of you have seen these, I wanted to get some pals together who are doing any or all of these so we can post and motivate each other. Also, feel free to share others...I'm already doing 3 but I could always add in more! Here is what I'm doing:
Planks
Squats
Abs
I've completed Day 1 and 2 of abs and Day 1 of squats and planks....doing day 2 with my husband tonight. So, who's game?

They are great.. Thank you for posting them! At some point I will definitely do them.. Perhaps when the school term is over, the attempt to do it at the moment would not get me anywhere... waking up during the week is a big enough challenge at the moment for me!0

I'm in for the plank challenge. I'm on Day 8 of the squat challenge and just starting the crunches challenge, too.0

I've been doing the plank challenge. The first couple of days I was shaking but this morning I felt pretty good! I haven't seen the crunch challenge. Maybe next month I'll try that one.0

i started the Squat challange yesterday!
Thanks for the post,I think I want to try the planks.. Altho I think I might not be doing it right for some reason my lower back always hurts and instead of feeling the burn on my abdomen I feel it on my back0 -
