Hi Everyone!!!

My name is Tem, I am scared, nervous, excited, and confused but hoping with all your help I will figure all this out! I am also sore already! I have 40 lbs I intend to lose. Glad to find such a friendly supportive website!

    I am working through my second complete round of P90X, so far down 35 pounds and started the diet plan on the second time. Just keep pushing yourself. It also helped to tell EVERYONE that I was doing it, now I can not get out of it even if I want to, too much pressure

    welcome! Good Luck, and you are in the right place! I have done 1 1/2 rounds of p90x and got great results (you can see my before/after pics in my profile) If you do it, it will work!
