Calories burnt while riding a bike.

Now that it is finally warming up I want to start riding my bike again. I have 3yr old daughter that likes to go with me, and that is fine but I do not know how to calculate the calories I burn when she is with me. I have a child trailer that attaches to my bike and she rides in that. So I know that by pulling the trailer thing and my 50lb daughter that I am burning more calories but unsure how to calculate it.

This is hardly going to be exact but it will give you an idea. Add the 50 extra pounds of daughter to your own weight in the calculator
