reached my first goal

I can't believe I actually lost 50 lbs! For the first time in my life I feel like I'm in control of my body. I'm so excited to keep going until I'm where I want to be. I can't even imagine how good it will feel when I reach my final goal. Just to be so confident with myself will be a change, because I never really have been before. Heres to 50lbs lost and hopefully to loosing some more!

    WOW!!!! Congratulations , you look fantastic and you can tell in the last pic that you know you look fantastic! Exercise and being in control of your diet can really change your life and give you that extra boost of confidence! Good job :)

    I started January 3rd so almost 8 months.
