no calories for strength training?

Anyone else found this?

I lift a lot of weights and probably twice the amount of time spent lifting weights and strength training than cardio, but when you log it in your exercise, it doesn't calculate any calories burned?

I know you burn a lot of calories with weights??

Anyone else had this problem?

I had read a post that had suggested putting in weight training under cardio which I did, but it is not specific and just asks how many minutes? for an hour it states only 195 calories? :indifferent:

I don't know how accurate it is, but I log mine as circuit training in cardio since I do alternate cardio with strength most of the time. I just don't put the full amount of time I was working out, usually take a few minutes off to be safe. My 95 minutes a couple days ago came out to 706 calories.

It only calculates calories burned for things you log under the cardio section. The strength training section is only there for you to keep track of your lifting progression.

I wear my heart rate monitor, enter it as cardio and manually enter the calories; otherwise, the default calorie count is way off.
