I am currently doing the 30-day Shred, I am wanting to know if any one has tried jillian michaels banish fat boost metabolism? And was it enjoyable? I am looking for my next dvd for when i have finished 30-day shred.

I bought the 4 DVD pack. I did a few days of the shred and gave the fat banish DVD a go today- WHOA! So much more intense! I had to stop to soothe my screaming newborn about 3/4 of the way through and couldn't work up the will to start again as I was sooo tired!
I like it more than the shred and hope to finish it tomorrow!0 -
I also have the 4-pack DVD's. I liked 30DS for a start as I was a complete beginner. But BFBM is a very nice cardio workout. You don't use any weights, only body weight. It's designed to make you sweat!! What is nice, though, is that it has 7 circuits, so you can either do them all for a nice 50 min workout, or you can choose a few circuits.0

I am doing the 30 Day Slim Down, which rotates 30 Day Shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and No More Trouble Zones. I have to say that 30DS and NMTZ are great, challenging workouts, but BFBM just kills my knees. Waaaaaaay too much jumping to be able to do this video more than once a week - at best. However, I do like the short duration of each move, and the constant rotations. That, at least, keeps me engaged.0

It's INCREDIBLE! Don't get me wrong, you will literally want to die. But I had fantastic results with it and my body looks so much leaner now after 6 weeks of that. After, I moved on to more muscle building and my shape is looking great, I mostly put that down to BFBM.0

Enjoyable is NOT the word I use.
Effective yes. Did it make my heart pound through my chest? Yes.
Did I sweat? Yes.
Do I feel like I'm going to die after it? Yes.
Is it enjoyable no. Not unless you like cardio. I loathe cardio so hard.0 -
I found Banish Fat Boost Metabolism on youtube, and I love it. I started because it was 55 minutes, the amount of time I wanted in a workout. I sweat like crazy and burn a lot of calories. One of the jumps I can't do, so I improvise and just do squats while they jump. I have done the 30 day shred a couple of times, it's too easy for me now though. Have not tried no more trouble zones, might look into that.0

AMAZING dvd! It's tough, I finally got through the whole thing today for the first time! Woo! I mix it with kettlebell classes and its paying off0
