the last couple days my appetite has been really low and i've been feeling nauseous. i've been working out the same as normal, so this decrease in interest in food is quite a surprise. and then, even when i do start to feel hungry, i am still not interested in anything. everything makes me cringe at the thought. apple & pb? no. bread? no. ice cream? no. no. no.
once i force myself it eat it, the food stays down. but no matter how hungry i am i'm still not very interested in food..
has this ever happened to anyone else?

Don't know what's going on with you. I would suggest try eating a few crackers and see if the feeling goes away.0

Only when I'm pregnant or have a flu starting....or haven't worked out for several days and start working again.0

I've had this before. When things like this happened, I drank a lot of tea and water. Soon, after your body gets washed out of whatever is making it/you feel so down about food, you should feel better. :flowerforyou:0

I've had this before as well. In my case (after travelling internationally and working extensively with livestock) it was determined I had contracted some funky bacteria in my GI tract. If it doesn't go away soon I suggest going to a GI specialist. They gave me some GI friendly antibiotics that did a broad clean up of my system and I was good to go in less than a week.
Good luck and I hope you feel better.0 -
i have that happen every so often, but it's normally because I'm either ovulating or my period is abt to start. It normally only lasts for a day or two though, are you on any new medications, for example a Birth Control Pill, they or other meds can cause side effects like that.0
