Feeling like I fell off the wagon lately! I came home from vacation just over a week ago and I have not been logging or exercising the way I was before I left! I need to jump back on track! I'm finding it more difficult now than before to get re-motivated... Any help or suggestions?

My work out motivation is to try on my bathing suit. That usually snaps me out of my slump really quick0

I give myself a week to come back from vacation mode, another week to incorporate healthy foods without being overly concerned with calories and then I'm back in business.0

If you're like me, you might have used your vacation as your "motivation" to log and exercise. Now you've reached that goal so you don't have the same motivation.
Set your next goal and use that as your motiviation to get back on track.
Good Luck!0
