I generally feel that I'm going to lose big time this go around... Im actually more excited and more hopeful than in any prior attempt.... Im not gonna starve myself or kill my self in the gym but am gonna keep it real... My weight at the doctor's office lit a fire and I know now the steps I need to take to drop 60# and rediscover my lost abs...Hey, I know it wont be easy but i got a confidence this is going to be different this time. This man has got a plan!
