Hey everyone! I'm very excited that God finally brought the motivation for weight loss to my heart. I've been out of the Army for a couple years...I gained a LOT of weight after suffering debilitating back injury (and now shoulder) from my service...and now that it's healed up to a tolerable level it's time to get thinned out and buffed up like I was in my military prime!! I am very good at motivating others, and in turn, that motivates me even more. Please send me messages if anyone needs any help!! I have LOTS of nutritional history and information from the military, especially fitness tips and workouts that might come in handy. Lots of tips for jogging, running, sprinting, etc. I'd love to share what I know from the military with everyone, just ask! GOOD LUCK...GOOD HEALTH!
