5'4", was 286...now 258! 28 lbs down. I have been doing 1400 calories, up until two weeks ago, I bumped my calories up to 1800, and I am much happier with my progression so far. 3.5 lbs in two weeks! Eating more to lose more, I learned that from the boards on here! Zumba at least twice a week, 60 min and burn 650-750 calories each time! Gave up soda a month ago(from 5-6 day), and has been one of the best changes I have made!

4 months in and ready to rock the summer~!

Way to go! I am thinking I may need to bump my calories up too. I am at 1420 and the past two weeks I've not lost much.
