I'm currently weighing around 154 I wanna lose 20 pounds for prom (30 days away) any good diet plans or work outs to help me?

    20 pounds in a month is unrealistic. I you lose 2 pounds a week, you can do 8 pounds. Any more than that is not really a very good goal.

    Trying to lose 5lbs a week is not a good idea.

    Instead, try to lose a more reasonable 1-2lbs a week and find a dress you really, really love.

    That's a lot to lose in 30 days... I don't know of a HEALTHY way to lose that much that fast but cutting carbs might be a good place to start.
