Almost 50lbs gone. A friend gave me a picture of what I used to look like. How do I post a picture here?

    On the menu there is a blue link with an orange arrow to it's left that says "Search". Hover over it or click it and a search line appears. Try "How to Post a Pic" and it should get you where you want to go. I've never done it personally, so I won't try to guide, but I've seen others explain it. Hope that helps.

    Put the direct link to the pic where it says "URL" and get rid of the spaces. You may need to use a site like igmur or tinypic to get a direct link for your image.
