How do I calculate the calories?

Why bake it in a cream soup to begin with? Experiment with plain yogurt, broth, so many yummy things that are super low in calories and full of flavor. Unless you wash it off I would say you'd have to count some of the cream and fat in the soup. I figure out the calories for my dishes by entering them in to the "create a recipe" this way I know exactly how many calories are in the dish and the bonus is I have the recipe for later. Enjoy! :happy:0

I say if you're going to cook it in cream soup you might as well eat it with the soup so the calories are accurate. You can get a lower fat cream soup to help or try what the previous poster suggested.0

Weigh the soup before and after, subtract what you didn't use.0
