Hi! I need friends for support, encouragement and guidance.

Hello all. I am looking to make friends on here. I had no idea about this aspect of mfp. I only had the app and it doesn't show this side. It seems like folks on here are super supportive and Lord knows I need it. I just started a couch to 5k this week and I am scared to death of what is to come but I want to see it out to the end so we will see how that goes. I have an issue with consistency especially with my diet. so that is why i am reaching out for friends. I figure it will help to know that other people are staying with it so i should too. Ok well, I guess that enough. Just reaching out for some friends so please add me:). Thanks in advance.

I need to start back on the 5k. My sister did it a few months after having her first baby and now she is running 4 miles a few days a week and she was never a runner before hand. You, we, we all can do this. You will do great. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me-Philip. 4:13 With God ALL things are Possible Matth 19:26. You already have this in the bag :)

Congrads for taking a step into the MFP world of weight loss. I would love to do a 5k and plan on doing one in the future, let me know how it goes. Hopefully, you can give us all some tips and how to's of what to and not to do. Good luck!

    Hello,
I need friends on here for motivation and support. I have tried MFP off and on for awhile now, and my latest venture was a couple of months ago. I had some awesome friends and support, and I just quit. No excuses other than that. Health problems and a death in the family, so I used that as an excuse to quit taking care of myself. But, I have realized that I can't continue on this path, so I AM BACK. Now, I need to find my lost friends and/or make new ones. Please feel free to add me, and I will help you stay on track as well. I have 70+ pounds to lose and I am 46 years old. Thanks.

    Hello All,

My name is Pixie. I am 30 Years old, 5 foot 2 inches, and 208lbs. Sad, Yea I know.

I have been using MFP for a while now, off and on. Last year while I was unemployed I kind of threw myself into getting healthy and losing weight. I was 190 and dropped down to 175, by watching what I ate and working out. But I fell into a rut, Zumba got boring and that amount healthy food I could buy on a slim unemployment check was INDEED SLIM. I fell back into old habits.

Since I have started working again, my compute has changing significantly. I use to catch the metro and would walk blocks everyday. My new job is not metro accessible. So I get in a car to get out of a car. Slowly I noticed the clothes that I have purchase while slimming down were not fitting the way that I were just a few short months ago.

I've always been a plus size or full figured girl, with a hefty bust and proportionate hips. But while buying clothes these last couple of months. When I look in the mirror I no longer feel sexy and curvaceous I just feel WIDE. While my boyfriend loves me the way I am, I just feel uncomfortable. I have no energy to do anything, not even play with my boys. smh. So today I am taking a stand. I Plan on losing 70 LBS. And that's a BIG NUMBER. I will need HUGE SUPPORT. And this time around I will DEFINITELY be using this board to help me stay motivated.

Feel free to add me as a friend. Cause I don't wanna fall short again.
