My Twist on Houmous (Hummus)

Drain chickpeas and reserve a bit of the water (2 tbsp).

Blitz the garlic chickpeas, reserved water and lemon juice in a blender. Add the chilli flakes, salt, cumin, yoghurt and blitz again until smooth.

Today's served up 356g worth so I divided it by four as per the nutritional info above.

You could leave out the salt if you are conscious about sodium but I find it adds a little flavour.
