    Kiwi here - in Auckland. I'm almost at my goal weight and have a one-year-old so am not in a too dissimilar boat to you. I usually eat fairly healthy (usually - please ignore today's pavlova with lashings of cream, it was my niece's birthday and I firmly believe that deprivation is not the way to live).
